Research On The Regional Innovation Ability Of Liaoning Province

In the rapid development of economic globalization and more fierce competition environment,the competition between regions is gradually transformed into the innovation ability competition,regional innovation ability has become the main driving force to promote the rapid growth of regional economy and promoting regional development,it is a key factor to determine the level of economic and social development of a region,innovation ability is important the significance of regional development.To establish a scientific system for comprehensive evaluation of a regional innovation ability and innovation ability in different regions were compared and analyzed,to understand the current situation of regional innovation capacity in the region,to provide policy basis for the further implementation of government and national innovation activities.As an important old industrial base in China,Liaoning has the advantages of location and policy,and the economic base is good,but in recent years,the development speed is slow,and the innovation ability is insufficient.Therefore,the current research on the innovation development in Liaoning Province,find out the deficiency,and then puts forward countermeasures to improve regional innovation ability,give full play to its advantages in Liaoning Province,to enhance regional innovation capability,accelerate economic growth,has important and practical sense.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,research significance and research literature,and then expounds the relevant theories,and further constructs the evaluation system of regional innovation capability,and puts forward evaluation indicators.Based on a large amount of data,this paper using SPSS statistical software in Liaoning province by using factor analysis method,the comprehensive evaluation of regional innovation ability of Shandong province and Jiangsu and other provinces and cities,creating potential environment in several aspects of the analysis,find out the existing problems,and the results were compared at last,puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions to enhance the regional innovation ability of Liaoning province.
