From the macroscopic level, the development of modern logistics services is the integrated environmental important part of regional development; from the enterprises'microeconomic activity, modern logistics services promote production efficiency and reduce the integrated costs, it is the "third source of profits for enterprises. therefore, both regional government and enterprise have attached great importance to the modern logistics development plan. in the area of logistics planning, the crucial link is calculating and analyzing. the logistics is one of the important parameters of determining logistics system, also be the support of logistics system, and are important guiding role for the logistics infrastructure design, the logistic equipment choice and so on.But in my country, the current definition of the logistics capacity is not clear, statistical standard is not uniform. Ease to data collection and statistical, commonly used cargo capacity to instead of Logistics to do statistics. More research is that scholars now take better and more accurate forecasting methods to predict the amount of logistics and analysis. Regional statistics for the amount of logistics is only within the region, less the amount of logistics to consider the situation hinterland, a region directly affect the economic situation in the hinterland of the region's economic development, also will affect the region's logistics capacity. The current problems are: Category unclear, non-uniform dimension, refer to the unknown, resulting in decision-making difficulties; the lack of necessary logistics structure analysis, the conclusion does not apply; lack of space property of little value for the layout of logistics facilities and so on. This volume of selected categories of logistics and statistics constitute a dimension of issues in this area.This study covers the following four aspects:(1) Research the significance, status, problem, hypothesis, definitions and classifications of logistics.(2) The amount of the statistical dimension of logistics.
