Jilin province Xingjian sanitation inspection Co.,Ltd faces the fierce market competition, from the perspective of strategic development, to enhance their market competitiveness ,proposed and built in-house performance evaluation management system. In a relatively short period of time, achieved obvious results. However, in the process of implementation,there were some of the problems gradually exposed.These problems should be paid and adjusted by the enterprise managers. Otherwise, this will affect this work of the performance evaluation even affect the achievement of the perspective of strategic development in future.This article first analysed the background of foreign business environment,domestic environment and the enterprise's internal environment,then explained the performance evaluation system which Jilin province Xingjian sanitation inspection Co.,Ltd is instituting now. The author,from the view of company, made a detailed description of the methods and procedures of the performance evaluation which contained the performance evaluation of general staff,general management staff and professional and technical positions staff. On the basis of investigation and research to the performance evaluation of company,the author analysed the every exposed problems,and put forward the suggestions for improvement and protection measures.Through analysis and research, in taking the appropriate measures and countermeasures the authors believe that this will help Jilin province Xinjian sanitation inspection Co.,Ltd to improve the awareness of the staff,and establish the management philosophy of "people-oriented" in the company. With a good basis for performance evaluation and work environment, through the implementation of MBO and improve the level of the performance evaluation to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs. This is exactly the real purpose of the performance evaluation. the real purpose is that the development of enterprises and employees achieve a win-win situation.
