Research On Public Information System Planning Of Rural Logistics

ABSTRACT: Agriculture is a basic industry of our national economy. The development of rural logistics is an important part of modern logistics. Rural logistics public information system is one of the most important parts in rural logistics systems, it decide the development of the rural logistics system.At present, during our country's construction of logistics, there is a problem that the logistics information systems construction lags behind logistics systems construction relatively. The selected title of this paper is directed against this phenomenon. This paper is based on Rural Logistics Systems of Shenyang which is being programmed, and through field investigation, searching and analyzing data, I made the design plan of public information system construction. As an organic part of logistics systems, information system can ensure the operation of logistics systems efficiently.Based on analysis on the construction of Rural Logistics Systems of Shenyang, following the information systems planning theory, combined with the current situation of Shenyang, the paper according to different participators of public information system of Rural Logistics Systems of Shenyang, designed overall function structure of the system. Under the overall function structure, the paper designed the overall architecture of the public information system and made detailed description of the information in and out the system, as well as it used frame figure to describe the logical structure of the system, and introduces the support of the public information system of key technologies, made a public information system for the implementation of the program and construction steps; Finally, the paper adopts Extension Theory to set up matter element model of evaluating information perform planning, and use it to evaluate the public information system planning of shenyang.The paper strives to combine theory with practice, with focus on pertinence, practicability and operation. The result of study has certain directive significance to the operation of public information system of Rural Logistics Systems of Shenyang, and it has practical reference value to manager of logistics systems to make decision, and it provides reference for future information systems construction of logistics.
