In china, the complexity of labor relationship stem from two reasons. First, the change of labor relations is an inevitable result of our reformation of economic system, which is the historical changing process. The present institutional transition of business system has not been accomplished completely which lead to the long-term existence of labor relationship problems. Second, labor relationship problems are inevitable according to our national condition of primary level that we've been in the process of industrialization. In this historical stage, owing to our specific economic, social and cultural environment, the overall situation of labor relations is not optimistic and it has become tightly.Staff of budget hotel has been mainly composed of an assembly of social relatively disadvantaged groups:the laid-off workers, unemployed persons, urban migrant workers, junior college graduates. Diversity of employment situation has lead to an increase rate of dynamic and unstable labor relationship and brain drain has been stepped up, the trend of short-termism has been obviously shorten. Base on analyses and survey of current labor relations in JJ Inn, the paper is aim to study the deep-rooted reason why labor relations in budget hotel is not harmonic and proposes the suggestions on how to establish harmonious labor relations. Potential advices are put forward:such as construction of a modern enterprise system, setting up a microcosmic coordination mechanism, strengthening enterprise culture construction and offering an attractive salary package. For more reaching impacts, the author expects to provide reasonable proposal for the establishment of harmonious labor relations, to promote sustained development of budget hotel, to make a contribution to the goal of building a socialist harmonious society.
