SD hotel was established in 2007, since 2010 The hotel losses 500,000-600,000 RMB per year, poor business performance greatly affects group company’s financial situation. Although in 2012, general manager was replaced.and at the same time, strengthen staff training to enhance the service consciousness, actively expand marketing channels to increase passenger flow, promote and improve services to increase customer viscosity, however, in the face of large environmental deterioration in the industry, and more fierce competition, the company’s efforts still have little effect. In addition with the group company’s strategic transformation, main business focus on financial industry, demands gradually larger capital, group company have to dump its difficult enterprises, reduce the financial deficit, so naturally SD hotel is in plan.In order to cut SD hotel.the group company sets up a working team.The first problem is resettlement, our ideal result is not only meet employees’demands in a reasonable scope, but also save cost of the group company. So the working group through serious difficulties in production and operation, to declare bankruptcy or early dissolution, a single consultation a total of three aspects to analyze the possibilities of layoffs, finally established the transformation of business management approach, measuring economic compensation, complete personnel information.At last negotiate with employees.Now are the specific implementation measures, SD hotel announces layoffs to staffs in order to know their reaction, and then make changes and adjustments. When once again announced, because of employee’s different interest demands, they divided into four interest groups:Willing to transfer, accept payment, watching, labor arbitration. For the first two groups, SD hotel quickly meets their demands. For the watching group SD hotel finds employee representatives to persuade the staffs. For the labor arbitration, SD hotel uses law to respond. At last, there are still a small part of the employees refuse payment conditions, but consider their total demands is not higher that can’t reach, SD hotel decides to meet it.At last, through seven aspects which are closely relate to labor relations management to analyse labor relations management problems of SD hotel and tentative proposed improvement measures. Of course, employee layoffs related to the labor contract termination and relocation is the core of labor relations management, this paper described the focus of the relevant conflicts, the conflict resolution process. SD hotel revelation labor relations management has no necessary to use large blocks of text to descrip, so I would like to use plan ahead, unavoidably, standardized operation and feel for others to summarize, on the other hand hope to draw our group and other subsidiary companies’s attention.
