| Labor relations refers to social and economic benefits which was formed by the employers and workers in the process of work. Labor relations is effected by technical, economic, legal system, culture and social background. Labor Relations Management is an important part of human resource management, also is kind of behavior that enterprises regulates the behavior of enterprises and workers and protects the interests of both sides by scientific method and programmed management. Only the labor relations is stable and harmonious, when the enterprises can develop healthy and orderly.This thesis introduces background, object and meaning, and analyses the concept, connotation and effecting factors of labor relations management. Then it comprises several kinds of labor relations and analyzes the current situation of Labor Relations Theory.The article illustrates the current problems existing in H’s labor relations management by interview and questionnaire. The paper focuses on how H manage the whole company by law, how to improve the management through effective mechanisms and measures, how to strengthen the management of labor contract, how to improve the level of salary and benefits, how to enhance service ability and level of the union, and how to reduce labor-management conflict. The construction of a harmonious labor relation will reduce the cost, lift efficiency and optimize the allocation of human resources. All in all, the paper presents the new scheme of improving H company labor relations management. |
