| As the arrival of the 21st Century, the world entered a period that has a rapid development, in which the growth of high-tech is a huge driving force. Now the country, the government and investors paid more attention to the high-tech enterprises, and how objectively and correctly evaluated the performance of high-tech enterprises became a hot topic in the academic circles and enterprises.There are lots of defects when evaluating the performance of high-tech enterprises only depending on financial index, as a result of high investment, high intellectual capital, high innovation of high-tech enterprises which were different with the common enterprise's characteristic. As a mature tool, Balanced Scorecard suits the characteristics of high-tech enterprises, which performance can be evaluated roundly, scientifically and externally.Firstly, this article introduced the domestic and foreign research achievements about high-tech enterprises' performance evaluation. Then the paper combined and expanded the BSC system, and made construction of an evaluation system which was more suitable for the high-tech enterprises' performance evaluation from the financial, stakeholders, innovation, internal business processes and learning and growth. Next, it analyzed the existing evaluation methods and constructed a high-tech enterprise performance evaluation model combining AHP, triangular fuzzy function method. Finally, it analyzed high-tech enterprise's performance evaluation by means of an example, and confirmed the feasibility of the indicators and the evaluation model. |
