Research On The Information Competency Of Technology Inovation In Pharmaceutical Industry Clusters

Pharmaceutical industry cluster is a way of driving the development of pharmaceutical enterprises, In the process of the pharmaceutical enterprises' development, it provides a good platform for the technological innovation, and it's a carrier of technology, knowledge and information. With high standards of pharmaceutical production, such as high quality standards, safety requirements and so on, we must attach importance to new knowledge and technology which we can use it to improve enterprises'capacity for technology innovation in pharmaceutical companies, and hoisting the information capacity is the most important in it. Enterprise as an important part of clusters, they exchange large quantities of information in the daily production management activities, industry clusters create the environment of gathering information for pharmaceutical companies, and how to obtain the valuable information for technology innovation, the capability of pharmaceutical enterprise information play a very important role in this process. At present, many pharmaceutical business managers'concept of "information competency "is vague, they take the use of computer and network capabilities with information technology as the embodiment of information competency, in fact, the process of using information includes information generating, transmitting, using, storing and other areas, it's the embodiment of the enterprise internal competence shaping in the course of the implementation of enterprise informalization.This paper intends to research on the evaluation of the pharmaceutical enterprises'information competency in industry clusters, which reflects the importance of information competency for the innovation and R & D in pharmaceutical companies, we hope the managers pay much attention to the role of information, enhance the information capabilities, thereby carrying out scientific and technological innovation better. In this paper, we aim to establish the evaluation indicator for evaluating pharmaceutical enterprises information competency in industrial clusters, based on lots of literature and investigation, and the reference to national information agencies of the standard indicators of enterprise information. As a result of most indicators are difficult to quantify, so we choose AHP-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it can better quantify the qualitative calculation of the indicators, we uses AHP method to determine the indication's weight, from which to draw the more important indicators in the evaluation indicators. According to the indicators and their weight, we evaluate the city of Changchun's pharmaceutical industry clusters using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the pharmaceutical companies were evaluated to show that the level of information competency, analyzes the existing problems and proposed optimization strategy.
