Marxism holds that: "People are the most active factor in productivity." Based on this understanding,human resources was seen as the primary resource,the general view is that economic competition,or competition among enterprises is essentially a competition for the talent,the company's efficiency,scientific and technological progress and competitiveness lies in people. Human resources management is the rise of new ideas to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises and maintain the competitiveness of industry. Human Resource Management regards the person as a "resource",focusing on outputs and development. With China's accession to WTO,foreign multinational seed companies entering the seed industry of China's vast market,face to the impact of knowledge economy and economic globalization,how China Seed companies to keep in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,in the extent it is to adapt to this technological progress,structural change in the quality of human resources competition. How to put human resources potential into reality edge, need to take effective measures to create conditions of conducive to talented people,in particular,to focus on human resource management,to speed up the cultivation of human resources capacity. This paper attempts to start of the characteristics of human resources,and do the study of human resources management in Seeds Company.Fully enhance the company's competitiveness is to rely on a sound human resources management system,through human resource management and all other functions work closely to enable the company to get the necessary core competencies to survive and compete. At present,China's overall human resources management in Seeds Company is in a relatively backward state. In recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and the establishment of modern corporate system and improve,the Seeds increasing emphasis on human resources management,but the attention is not really carried out,and did not play out its proper role,to continue in-depth research on human resource management in Seeds company has an important and pivotal role to enhance the core competitiveness.Research object in this paper is human resources management and development in China's Seeds company,make the use of related theories of human resources management and development,according to the changes of pattern in international seed industry competition,combined with Taishan Seed Co. Ltd. in the status quo of human resource management,do the study the problems and current status of Human Resource Management in China seeds company.This paper mainly divided into five chapters,the basic content structure is as follows:Chapter I,Introduction. Introduce the background of this paper,discusses significance of this study,to explain dynamics and foreign researchers,to illustrate the idea of writing this article , the research methodology and innovations of this article.Chapter II,Described the basic principles of human resource management. Including the concept of human resources and their characteristics,basic contents of human resources management,characteristics of human resource management.Chapter III,Case introduced. Through the survey to reflect the status quo of human resource management of Taishan seed Co. Ltd. including human resources structure,human resource planning,human resources incentives,performance management,personnel training and development,compensation management .Chapter IV,Case studies. According to the survey results including data collected by the processing results,do a comprehensive and concrete analysis of Human Resource Management of Taishan seed Co. Ltd. proposed the main problems in Company's current human resources management,combined with modern human resources management theory to analyze the cause of the problem.Chapter V,Countermeasures and proposals. Combine with advanced human resource management theory and corporate human resources management,presented the overall ideas and suggestions to improve the company's human resources management: emancipate minds,scientific concept of development to establish employment mechanism,establishing a scientific,humane,professional,strategic,and information-based human resource management system.
