China United network communication Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "China Unicom") in October 15,2008 by China Unicom, China Netcom Company merged. Domestic telecommunication industry restructuring and "3G licenses issued" the three established China telecom operators (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom) in the pattern of competition, the current tripartite balance of communications industry's most concerned focus on " full service", which means that operators will also face a huge market opportunities and challenges.With the assimilation of big business operators, and gradually saturated, telecommunication demand of competition between operator has reached intensified. For new Unicom company reorganization led, a series of covered competition strategy, organization, and staff, the incentive structure of cultural system of many aspects, such as management problems need to be solved urgently. But how can in the fierce competition environment display own superiority, occupy more market share, establish the competitive strategy is feasible in China Unicom of Shenyang branch needs to solve the key problems.This research is the goal of the competition strategy of Shenyang Unicom Company, selection and implementation. Through the analysis of internal and external environment, potter five analyses, the SWOT analysis, and research and find the market opportunities and threats, thus increasing competition strategy for the scientific, strive to develop to Shenyang Unicom development strategy of right. Through optimization of organizational structure, and to construct marketing mechanism and incentive mechanism and so on a series of security measure to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy. Make Shenyang Unicom to restructuring after the integration of resources utilization, better and make it play optimal effectiveness and, eventually, to enhance the core competitiveness of China Unicom of Shenyang branch.
