Study On The Selecting Model Of Technological Innovative Pattern About Enterprises In Our Country

Technology innovation is an important strategic resources and the basis in the survival and development of the enterprises. With the economic globalization becoming increasingly integrated today, technology innovation is actually paticularly important. Therefore, since the reforom and opening, the Chinese government has formulated a series of laws and regulations, to develop technology innovation activities. So as a enterprise, should combine with the technology innovation development environment, to make a choice of the pattern which satisfy the development itself. To do this can help the enterprises use resourse reasonable, enhance competitiveness, and gain more economic profit, meanwhile, make the country's resoutces reasonably configuration, and lead our country's economy have a healthy development. However, the currenty situation of technology innovation in Chinese enterprises doesn't achieve the desired result, the lack of the resources, the low successful rate of the technology innivation activities, and the low rate of the commercialization in new products could not adapt to our current economic growth mode, and testrict our country's long-term development seriesly. At the same time, the current technology innovation systerm is fragmented and focused on specific technology, which ignore the level of the model. And the choice dimensions are limited, resulting in the risk of the uncertainty of technology innovation and application, greatly reducing the effectiveness of the implementation of technology innovation model.Therefore, this article takes the selection process of the technology innovation point of view, combining technology innovation science and management decision-making theory, using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build up the technology innovation model selecting model for China's enterprises, and combined with China's small-and-medium-sized enterpise technology innovation environment for applied analysis, and the research content mainly includes:(1)Base on the existing technology innovation theory literature, it has redefined the technology innovation model and divided into endogenesis innovation, importing innovation and cooperation innovation. Through the analysis of the current technology innovation selection model status and disadvantages, we find that it must use the mathematics decision method to carry on the analysis and the technology innovation model selecting. (2) Through the comparative analysis of the international and the domestic technology innovation model application and the development, it obtains the existence the question of our country in technology innovation. To address the problem, based on the theory of AHP, it analysis China's technology innovation activities' objectives, assigns the characteristics of various types of technology innovation instruments, and builds the judgment matrix and the technology innovation pattern selecting model finally.(3)Tthrough the application and confirmation research of the model, it apply the model for small-and-medium-sized enterprises, ande choose the combined mode which suits the development situation of the enterprises mostly.
