The Case Of Knowledge Management About R & D Of R Company

With the prosperous development of knowledge economy from the beginning of 1990s, people have realized that, for enterprise, knowledge has become the most important factors and vital resources, and knowledge management must be performed, which is an important aspect for a modern enterprise. We can say, for one company, the ability of generation, accumulation, communication and application of knowledge is an vital aspect of survival and development.Especially, for the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, should pay more attention to the function of knowledge management when facing drastic market competition. In practical management process, the enterprise should combine knowledge management with cultural development and human resources management, to make the enterprise and employees developed together. In this article, it describes how to manage knowledge effectively for small and medium-sized enterprise, to guarantee the relative knowledge can move ordered, and try to create maximize benefits with minimum cost.In this article, it takes the knowledge management construction of technology department of R company for example, four parts together. The first part introduces the course of knowledge management of R technology dep., and records the relative events and persons of knowledge management during development process. The second part analyses detailed cases in this dep., combining with relative theory of knowledge management, to see what the questionable aspect and achievement is, which is based on the theory of K9 knowledge chain of knowledge management. Meanwhile it brings some own opinions.The third part summarizes all the questions that the other small and medium-size enterprise should pay attention to on knowledge management, based on above case analysis. Especially it brings some suggestion and solutions to guide the small and medium-sized enterprises how to meet the problem of relative aspects of knowledge management.The last part describes the development trend of knowledge management in enterprise management in future.
