Human resource is very important during the procession of improving their competition position and finishing their aims for enterprises. It is more and more common that people carry out human resource management at strategy level, and improve the core competition power by the strategic human resource management.N Company is a branch of China Mobile Group, in charge of both networks construction and business marketing. It has advantages not only in the facet of scale but also of market share in the industry.Following the oncoming fierce competition in this field, the circumstances have changed. To be the top one in the industry, N Company has to carry out a design of HR management strategy, in order to bring into full play of the productive role of human resource, and finally maximize the economic and social benefits. Therefore, the paper discusses he strategic human resource management of N Company, and gives the HR management strategy design with these statistics, also the theories on HR, the analyze measures such as asking, talking, chart, figure, etc.There are four chapters in the paper. In the 1 st chapter, the background of the paper, the aim of the paper, the contents of the paper, also the study methods of the paper are introduced. In the 2nd chapter, the theories are introduced, such as Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, etc. In the 3rd chapter, analyzes the status quo of the HRM in N company, and through a SWOT analysis, the paper points out the opportunities and threats; in the 4th chapter, the paper gives the company's HR management strategy and measures. The design has several parts, such as target, measures, process plan, estimate, and correction; and they are deeply probed. The design is initially proved effective in the reality. Based on the design, N Company is carrying out a HR management strategy to improve its competition position.The paper takes N Company as an object of study, giving helpful preference for other similar companies.
