Practice of Management shows that companies want to survive and develop,we must establish their own strategic human resource management system.In fact,recalling the history of Human Resource Management,Human Resource Management has shifted from the micro level to the macro level,the past is no longer simply research "people" issues,but the development of the study of "man and organization" problems,the development of the business areas of human capital,not just the past of the human resources management areas.In academia,research on human resources related to actual experiences from a welfare personnel to personnel management,human resources management,human capital management,the evolution of strategic human resource management theory.The current problem in the theory and methods of strategic human resource management scholars at home and abroad are being increasingly widespread attention.Based on the theory of strategic human resource management,this paper analyzes the current human resource management of Q company,discusses the environment and problem of Q company's human resource management,and analyzes the advantage,Weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Q company's human resource management by SWOT analysis method.Then,based on the Q company's overall development strategy,its strategic human resources management systematically studied and overall planning.Through the development situation and the basic situation of the company's human resources management company introduces Q,Q-depth analysis of human resources management in the problems,the main concept of human resource management level is not high,the lack of strategic human resource management awareness,lack of human resources planning and strategic development,corporate culture effect was not significant,the remuneration system deficiencies,not the role of performance management and other aspects into full play.On this basis,through the Human Resource Management Q SWOT analysis clear advantages Q company human resources management,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Advantage of strong technical force,equipped with complete precision,talent demand;the company has a complete human resource training institutions;the company initially establishedconsistent with the Corporation management system;company's personnel incentive measures are effective;company has a higher thought political advantage;disadvantage is the lack of strategic human resource management company looking;poor company adaptability;researchers lack of innovative capacity of the company;the quantity and quality of available personnel restricted the company's market competitiveness;human resource development and management information system has not been established;opportunities that economic globalization is conducive to attract the best talent;development of the company into the international market opportunities;excellent location will help the company attract talent;the threat that increased competition in the industry could lead to the company personnel loss;mergers and acquisitions between large enterprises on the development of the company pose a threat.Combinative SWOT analysis,the article gives a general idea of the last Q company implemented strategic human resource management,planning and implementation of specific safeguards strategic human resources management.
