With the deepening development of economic globalization, international companies become more and more important in the world economy, meanwhile, corporate culture becomes the key competitive strength for current corporations. Good corporate culture can bring win-win effects for both corporations and employees, so more and more corporations pay more attention to corporate culture. But not all corporate cultures are successful, especially for international companies. It's very difficult to do cross culture management well based on good corporate culture since culture difference.Using the case of RA Dalian Research and Development Centre, this thesis elaborates that corporate culture integration has a strong impact on corporations under the special case of "international company" and "IT Industry". RA's corporate culture used to be successful: excellent working environment, perfect benefit system, humanized management style, and energetic atmosphere for learning and working, all of which built up a cohesive team. But since the economic crisis came, especially with an American becoming the new campus manager, the corporate culture has totally been changed and led to high turnover rate and low sense of acceptance, belonging, pride for the company.This thesis mainly investigates that entrepreneur has a strong impact on corporate culture revolution, how to do cross culture management within an international company, and how to encourage the knowledgeable people of IT industry effectively. Using a case study, it analyzes and investigates the predicament caused by corporate culture revolution with the current status of Dalian R&D Centre, and then reaches the conclusion:Dalian R&D Centre has not handled corporate culture integration well, so employees distrust the American side, and they resist corporate culture revolution and cross culture management. Based on the reasons above, this thesis gives some advices and suggestions, hoping they are useful and referential to related international companies in IT industry.
