Then mixed operation and multipolar cooperation is becoming the main theme of the global financial industry.In such a background, as an important component of the financial sector, a new type of relationship, which named bancassurance has started emergence between the banking and the insurance industry. Strengthen the bancassurance cooperation is conducive to the formation a good development pattern of resource sharing, advantages complementary, the interests enjoying, and joint development, and can create excellent win-win situation among banks, insurances and customers. Meanwhile this is also a new trend and new initiative to enhance our China's banking and insurance industry's international competitiveness, and adapt to the global financial industry.However, Bancassurance inevitable emergence of a number of problems, on the one hand the lack of positive incentives for bank-insurance symbiotic environment, on the other hand the symbiosis model of bancassurance is not so perfect, which including the cultural differences between banks and insurance companies, insurance management normative needs to be strengthened and the development and use of the new channels and new product are inadequate, etc. These factors constrain the further development of our China's bancassurance.According to factors of restricting the development of bancassurance symbiotic as well as game analysis of loose bancassurance cooperation, we can know the future efforts direction of bancassurance symbiotic development, which mainly proceed the following four aspects: to improve the bancassurance symbiotic environment and promote the harmonious development of it; to strengthen the symbiotic unit and the insurance industry's own development; to enhance the innovation of insurance products and play the whole advantages of the bancassurance UMPay and to establish an exclusive bank insurance strategic alliances.
