Regional economic integration is the product of the market economy develops in a certain stage. Since the 20th century, advances in technology and transportation development, resulting in economic exchanges around the world more and more frequently. and emergence of a more transnational and trans-regional large-scale enterprises, cities and urban groups becoming close increasingly. Market competition become to the trend in the urban regions. At present, in the background of global economic integration, regional integration is a critical strategy for the regional urban economic development and improve its competence in the market. Chang-zhu-tan are closely linked in space, the economic exchange is close, the transportation is well. Way back to the 1980s, some scholars put forward the programs for the three cities integrated development. Over the years, the economic integration development strategy of Chang-zhu-tan has been the focus of attention of many scholars question the same time, Hunan provincial government has attached great importance to the integration development of the three cities. Based on this, the paper plan on study of regional economic integration of the three cities from the perspective of system theory. In order to enrich the theories of regional economic and offered the theoretical direction for the development of Chang-zhu-tan . The study divided into three parts:The first part, theoretical basis review. In the first chapter, penman is briefly reviewed of the regional economic theory and system theory .Define the meaning of regional economic integration, and introduced the characteristics and main points of system theory.
