As economic globalization continue to develop, all enterprise groups continue to appear to implement economics of scale and synergistic effects. The competition in enterprises gradually change to the competition in enterprise groups and enterprise alliances. Enterprise groups play an increasingly important role in China's economic and social development. In the meantime, parent and subsidiary companies as the basic form of enterprise groups. I hold to the opinion that we need to further study the control and cooperation mechanism, to achieve the motive of upgrading the synergistic effects in the whole organization.The enterprise, I'm working in, is promoting the regional integration process. I have some deep feelings and thoughts. So I summarize the theories of cooperation, transaction cost, value chain, enterprise resource, market power, strategic human resource management, etc, integrate theories with practice of real working experience of promoting the regional integration process on behalf of a human resource manager. Moreover, I analyze the necessity and practicality of implementing the collaboration of parent and subsidiary company, adaptive mechanisms to support the process, and how to achieve synergistic effects and improve their capacities in the subsidiary company by the monitoring and collaboration mechanism of the parent company.
