Encouragement is the core of modern human resources management. Today, the domestic design-based enterprises are facing dual pressures of domestic and overseas market competition. Whether they can keep the sustainable development in fierce market competition or not, which mostly depend on the quality of professional and technical specialists. And the positivity of these specialists depends on the motivation they get. Therefore, rational design the motivation strategy of professional and technical specialists, and perfect their growth environment, continuously improve their positivity, make them do best, which have actual and profound meaning to the enterprises'development and build creation-type country.The thesis based on the literature review and theories analyzes, roundly research and discuss the motivation strategy of traffic design enterprises'professional and technical specialists. At first, the thesis analyzed the situation and problems of motivation system of the design-based enterprises'professional and technical specialists. According to the analysis, author constructed the motivation system framework of traffic design enterprises. Then take company S as the research object, completely analyzed the mainly problems of its specialists motivation system's design, and found the deep reason. And regarding these questions, the thesis raised specific suggestions to improve the specialists'motivation system for company S. |
