Therefore, understanding of the situation of our country rural land circulation, analyses the existing problems of rural land circulation, seeking to promote and perfect rural land circulation, the effective measures to promote rural land circulation market healthy and rapid development has a very important significance.Firstly, based on the reform and opening up, the circulations of rural land system of China's historical changes are discussed in this paper. After the founding of the reform and open policy before, the free circulation of rural land circulation to be completely from the ban, since the reform and opening up of the land circulation slowly relax restrictions, the national policy encourage conditional area development land circulation, but there is a limit in the land circulation. To promote China's rural land circulation, need to have a scientific theory as guidance. Devalued Marx's theory of social production, especially change Marx local or micro-level production mode transformation theory to analyze the rural land circulation.Secondly, this paper discusses the reason and situation of rural land circulation. Analysis shows that the development of productive forces caused by the mode of production is to change the inner motive power of rural land circulation; Comparative advantage is to promote rural land circulation external power; the state policies, and the laws promote the rural land circulation also. At present the overall size of the rural land circulation is on the low side, between provinces has great difference. The land circulation diversification, and traditional forms of circulation has greater proportion. Finally, this paper analyses the existing problems of rural land circulation, and puts forward some relevant strategies and suggestions aiming at these problems of the current rural land circulation. The land circulation must adhere to series of principle, based on the "law and on a voluntary and compensatory", realize pare to improvement and adapt to the social productivity development, under the principle of rural land circulation, points out the existing problems. Perfecting the rural land circulation have to perfect legal laws, standard of local government behavior, strengthen land circulation market construction, continuation of social security and activation land circulation.
