Our country attaches great importance to the reform of rural and agricultural development. In 2015 No.1 central file put forward that we should cultivate characteristic agriculture vigorously, promote agricultural comprehensive development,actively develop various forms of scale operation and increase the degree of farmers organization based on local resources advantages. these requirements point out the direction for the development of modern agriculture and transformation of the mode of agricultural development. On the specific path, farmland circulation brings in rural land scale management and all kinds of tangible intangible resources (such as labor, capital, technology, etc.) efficient integration and intensive utilization, and it becomes a key link in the process of promoting agricultural industrialization and modernization. At present, although the academic circle has started to pay attention to the the significance of rural land circulation about the integration of production factors and began a series of research work.But the existing research focus on farmland circulation on qualitative analysis of the integrated production factors effect, or only a quantitative analysis of some factors of production, the lack of a comprehensive analysis of the effect, less from the perspective of industry research mode of rural land circulation and land circulation for consolidation effect of quantitative analysis of the factors of agricultural production. So from the perspective of agricultural industry, what are the characteristics of different industry modes? Whether agricultural production factors of different industry pattern have consistency consolidation effect? How to deal with agricultural industry capacity building issues after farmland circulation? Around these problems, the paper selects the land circulation whose form, scale, industry development are representative as study area, divides farmland circulation modes from the perspective of agricultural industry, explains the operating conditions of mode of different industry and the characteristics of agricultural production factors integration, constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural production factors integration effect and integration effect evaluation model of agricultural production factors, carries out a empirical research, and explores the causes of the differences based on 297 questionnaires and the related data. It can provide reference and scientific decision basis for objective performance evaluation of land circulation performance, optimal selection of farmland circulation mode, the promoting effect of agricultural production factors integration. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Combining with the characteristics of industry development in the study area and statistical analysis of 297 field survey questionnaires, from the perspective of industry, rural land circulation codes are divided into three categories:represented by grain and oil industry of rural land circulation mode (hereinafter referred to as grain and oil development mode), represented by vegetable industry of rural land circulation model (hereinafter referred to as vegetable development mode), represented by floriculture and nursery industry of rural land circulation mode (hereinafter referred to as floriculture and nursery development mode). The paper analyzes the operation conditions and demand characteristics of industrial development.(2) Considering the influence factors of land circulation, from three aspects of land resources, labor, capital this paper chooses 12 indexes to establish integrated effect index system of agricultural production factors, use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method to calculate weight, evaluate integrated effect of different land circulation models. In terms of land resource integration, vegetable development mode is best and the value is 152.73. the values of floriculture and nursery development mode and grain and oil development mode are 92.33,60.50; In terms of labor integration, floriculture and nursery development mode is best and the value is 197.58, the values of vegetable development mode and grain and oil development mode are 114.66,18.30; In terms of capital integration, capital integrated effect of vegetable development mode is best and the value is 168.77, floriculture and nursery development mode grain and oil development mode are 91.30,87.18.It shows one kind rural land circulation mode is not necessarily superior to another kind rural land circulation model at the same time.(3)Different farmland circulation modes have different integrated effect of agricultural production factors. The effect of vegetable circulation is best. The value of vegetable development mode is 144.04.The value of floriculture and nursery development mode is 123.42. The value of grain and oil development mode is 52.33.(4)About industry capacity building after farmland circulation, grain and oil mode needs to build stronger leading enterprises, develop food processing, extend the industrial chain of food production, increase the added value of grain, optimized allocation mechanism, enhance the status of farmers in industrialization, achieve win-win cooperation between enterprise and farmers About vegetable mode the government needs to establish and perfect production, circulation information monitoring system, take the market as the guidance to guide farmers reasonably arrangement of vegetable cultivation, establish cold-chain facilities, extend the time of vegetable sales, enhance the ability to withstand market risks. Farmers should enhance brand awareness, promote vegetable vegetable industry development. floriculture and nursery development mode needs to increase investment in science and technology, integration of science and technology resources, build characteristic flower seedling varieties, key support the development of good, the radiating surface is wide, the driving force of flowers nursery stock enterprises, strengthening the combination of flowers and plants nursery stock industry and tourism.
