| In recent years, with the financial markets more open, foreign banks enter the Chinese market. They have strong capital, advanced management, and flexible management tool. At the same time, regional banks increasingly operate across the regions. Pluralistic competition pattern has been formed. Financial market competition is intensified. Dongguan City branch of Construction Bank faces a severe situation in financial markets. So formulating right strategies in construction of business network channel is important, which can constantly enhance the bank's competitiveness and profitability.This paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. It analyses the industry environment with the Five-factor Model of Competition, with comparison of the four major state-owned banks. We use The SWOT analysis to analyze the competition environment where Dongguan City branch of Construction Bank is located. This Paper presents the Dongguan City branch of Construction Bank's network channel development strategy, which is to make the bank whole network channel development planning and management.This paper first introduces the research background, purpose, research methods and basic framework. We next analyze the strategic theory of competition. This paper analyzes the Dongguan City branch of Construction Bank's network channels operating environment, and to design strategies in program channel of the bank network. Then we talk about how to implement the network channels strategic, including the organization of support, resources, facilities, technical means and other key processes, and the conclusion finally. The conclusion summarizes the main conclusions of this study, notes the creativity and limitations of the paper, and the content of further research.This study will provide the Dongguan City branch of Construction Bank a relatively clear development strategy of building branch network channels.
