In recent years, China's training market demand is explosive growth, particularly for business management training services with great prospects, but the training company's operation management is overtake rigorous situation due to facing fierce competition in the marketplace.The thesis studied the program is to optimize marketing strategy marketing strategy of the company under the guidance of optimization. This thesis take the analysis for status of training industry in China's market demand and market competition firstly; then explain the profile of JinAo training company, and its marketing strategy and marketing management.By focused on study marketing strategy to this company, to use of SWOT analysis tools from 4P view and counterpart company comparison method, to research the JinAo companies use specific marketing strategies and key issues.Finally, based on application of advanced marketing management theory, to provide the proposed of JinAo training company marketing strategy to improve response and reasonable suggestions, and help them more effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
