Tianjin Heping District Building Economic Strategy Management Research

With the development of economic society, building economy continually comes cross new problems and trouble in the process, which discourages building economy’s further development. Therefore, how to solve the problems becomes a new topic for city managers having to get rid of.By in-depth analysis on Heping building economy’s situation in Tianjin, the article considers how to enhance and complete public management of Heping building economy’s development. Especially, the article introduces several typical examples which assemble characters of subject investigated from lateral aspects, as well as combs common problems in order to focus research direction.By use of Michael Porter’s SWOT analytical method and association with practical situation of building economy management in Heping, the article designs policies framework so as to realize regression from strategy to tactics by means of4features carding. Finally, the article tries to advance strategic analysis result of Heping building economy in Tianjin.Parts of policies of building economy management in the article pay more attention to SWOT analysis results. The article proposes coping strategies which is practical, operative and repayable from4dimensionalities to keep to the point. At the end of "12th Five-Year Plan", the article believes that building economy has to be the most distinguishing carriers in Heping, which would also be new name card of Tianjin’s economy. However, the research of article will contribute to the enrichment and development of public management theory.
