The Study On Performance Evaluation Of Industry Cluster Of Zhangzhou City Flower Based On Leading Enterprises

Since 1980s, Industry Cluster has got rapid development. It's proved that Industry Cluster plays a more important role in the promotion of enterprises competitivess, industrial competitivess and regional ecomonic competitivess, and has attracted wide attention. And with the the social development and the improvement of living standard, flower consumer market has huge potential, flower industry has received extensive attention as one of the most promising environmental protection industry in the future. Therefore, the locial government's efforts to support the flower industry is gradually increased, and it takes various preferential measures to attract more and more enterprises and personnel engaged in the flower industry, in order to achieve the purpose of industrial cluster.Zhangzhou City has a long history in flower cultivation, traditional Seiko spy makes flower industry's continued successfully and planting and cultivation techniques more sophisticated, and provides a basis for flower industry cluster. As a representative of the modern agriculture of Fujian Province, Zhangzhou City is carrying on Agricultural Industrialization these years, and its flower industry is developing sharply. We can conclude from its rise, quantity and scale of leading enterprises of flower industry, Zhangzhou City flower industry has become more competitive, and had a profound impact on Zhangzhou City economy and the addition of peasants income, and so forth.This study is based on the domestic and foreign scholars'research and concludes its theorietical basis. According to the cluster formation mechanism of the flower industry and its development status, the study analyzes the constraints and discusses the sitution of leading enterprises of Zhangzhou City flower industry. Then, by using Data Envelopment Analysis and constructing an index system and the input-output data from 2002 to 2008, this study gets the performance status of these 7 years. Finally, according to the conclusions and analysis, the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of flower industry in Zhangzhou.
