An Analysis Of Poverty And Anti-poverty Of Ethnic Township

Poverty and anti-poverty issue of ethnic minority in Northwest China has been a great concern to academic circles.At present,the typical representative analysis to the poverty and anti-poverty of ethnic rural township has important significance of theory and practice.In the essay,the only minority township in Baiyin of Gansu Province ---Huining Xintianbao Hui Township has been regarded as the research object.From the perspective of ethnology,the author has made an investigation and analysis, pointing out that Huining Xintianbao Hui Township is not just a simple income poverty,knowledge poverty,but also a kind of human poverty.The author have also researched poverty causes from many aspects,examining anti-poverty models led by the local government for years,analysing the three-phase of anti-poverty"Project Management---Into Village and Into Home---Promote the Whole Village", and concluding poverty alleviation model problems and approaches to improve and alter.In order to improve the efficiency of anti-poverty and accelerate the villagers out of poverty, anti-poverty measures of Huining Xintianbao Hui Township must be innovated ,that is:building the basement of anti-human poverty, developing specialized industries by supplement, and noting that anti-poverty models and approaches must be fit in the Red Tourism Culture environment of Huining.
