The Research On Poverty Of China's Rural Areas Under The Perspective Of Marxism Anti-poverty Thought

For human beings,to build a community of shared future without poverty is a beautiful scroll that human beings have been assiduously seeking for thousands of years.The Marxism anti-poverty thought mainly focus on poverty of urban working class under the Capitalist system,revealing all drawbacks of capitalist ownership profoundly,pointing that the only path for proletariat to achieve the liberation is to overthrow the Capitalist system and eliminate capitalist ownership.However,poverty still exist even the proletariat seize power,especially in the process of building and developing of socialist country.Faced with this truth,on no account can we blindly copy the Marxism anti-poverty thought to explain and solve the poverty of rural areas in China.We are supposed to seek truth from facts and keep pace with the times so as to find a poverty alleviation and developmental road with Chinese characteristics.This paper adopts the study of literature and the study of logic unity and the study of cross-disciplinary to illustrate the theoretical and practical framework of poverty alleviation and developmental road with Chinese characteristics which is under the perspective of sinicization of Marxism,also summarizes the historical achievements and important problems comprehensively in the process of anti-poverty of rural areas in China.The second chapter of this paper aims to definite the idea of ‘poverty' and‘anti-poverty',discuss types of‘poverty' and significance of‘anti-poverty',illustrate the Marxism anti-poverty thought and other scholars' opinion and research on‘poverty' comprehensively.The third chapter of this paper concludes the condition of global poverty and anti-poverty,including analyzes main characteristics of global poverty,analyzes achievements and reasons in the process of anti-poverty of rural areas in China,analyzes reasons of other developing countries why they do not have satisfied anti-poverty effects.The fourth chapter of this paper reviews theories and practices of anti-poverty of rural areas in China,illustrates leading group of the central committee of the CPC‘s theoretical and practical contribution towards poverty before and after reform and opening-up,especially illustrates the raising and connotation and path and significance of Xi Jinping's important discussions on targeted poverty alleviation.The fifth chapter of this paper selects typical cases of anti-poverty in China's rural areas to analyze problems and challenges for the coming sprints of poverty alleviation.The sixth chapter of this paper discusses how to adjust and improve paths and countermeasures of anti-poverty in rural areas of China in the future under the guidance of Marxism anti-poverty thought.The great significance of Marxism anti-poverty thought can not be denied and doubted.To study this thought is not only an important perspective to date back to Marx,but also practical need to reflect people-centered.In the coming future,we must take Xi Jinping's important discussions on targeted poverty alleviation,the latest sinicization of Marxism anti-poverty thought,as key guidance to win the battle against poverty in new era.We must rely on basic national condition that China is still at the primary stage of socialism and major social contradiction has changed.We must apply dialectical materialism to think and analyze poverty,deepen our view on poverty of rural areas under the socialism system so as to expand poverty alleviation and developmental road with Chinese characteristics.
