Product Quality issue is a prominent problem in Current social and economic development in countries. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is the most popular and most effective kind of quality improvement methods. It uses mathematical statistical methods to stabilize the process, to emphasize the prevention of the whole process and to improve the rate of qualified products effectively, so that to reduce production costs.Currently, the manufacturing enterprises in China, they are facing the poor product quality, technological backwardness, chaotic management and other issues. To develop an enterprise-class quality management system, based on SPC Technology, integrated the ISO quality management system standard, it can effectively regulate the quality of business activities and improve the efficiency of Quality information collection, processing, storage, feedback and exchange, thereby enhancing economic efficiency and market competitiveness.This paper discussed the statistical process control theory and its key role in quality management, described the system design and main modules by showing a typical application cases in the end. The main content and innovations as follows:First of all, studies the statistical process control theory and technology. In particular, the control chart method adapt to high volume production, and for more variety, small batch production.Second, researches on Quality Management System Model, viewed from the perspective of quality control.Third, develops Enterprise quality management system. It discusses the software requirements analysis, database design and the main function modules. The system can provide an integrated quality management environment, dynamic real-time automatic monitoring process status, process exception alarm. Data collection and dissemination for the entire process, information is automatically fed back to the operator or manager to form a truly closed-loop mechanism.Finally, gives a case study of combination of aluminum electrolytic capacitor production process.
