The product requirement is the diversification in the society nowdays. The different customer has different fondness from product application, contour, function, especially in some important project. Therefore, the requirement of customized product become higher and higher. They require short development cycle, good quality, low cost.The T lighting company is a Foreign-funded enterprise in China about 13 years. The sales product above 80% is customized product, 60% selling to overseas. But under the intense market competition environment the company has used traditional management, can not adapt the market development, can not produce customized product on time, or has high cost of manufacturing, unstable quality, long over time delivery and so on. Although it has the brand superiority, the development of the step and speed is slow. It is the goal at present to use Multi-project management to reengineer the process, to reduces the production cycle time, to low cost, to analyse the risk,to improve company's loss and the expansion of Asian according to company customized product characteristic.This article uses the idea and the method of modern project management and related multi-project progess management according to lighting company and customized product feature to analysis and applies emphatically. It will apply project management to improve the original organization construction and the operation flow, to improve the domestic and foreign communication between sales and factory, to define each project priority, to establish the multi-projects plan, to coordinate the limited resources and optimize the resources, to enhances efficiency of the design and the production schedule, to prevent the progess risk,to build up a key performance inspection rule. It is a help and reference for the application of multi-project progress management in the lighting or customized product area.
