Research On Strategic Performance Evaluation Of Knowledge-based Enterprises

Knowledge-based enterprises are the leading force of increasing national or society core competitiveness,achieving solid development and knowledge innovation.Performance evaluation plays a vital role in the long-term development of Knowledge-based enterprises. Tradional performance evaluation have several shortcomings: concentrating mainly on financial indicators,facing inside of the enterprises and despising outside,emphasizing on short-term benefits and internal interests, ignores the proceeds of intangible assets and delaying feedback information.Due to these inherent shortcomings,strategic performance evaluation must been adopted.These must have certain practical value and theoretical significance for the improvement of the enterprises'performance,providing the strategic guidance and strategies supporting.This thesis makes the study of knowledge-based enterprises'strategic performance evaluation mainly from the following aspects: firstly,researching on the strategic performance evaluation theories natively and abroad, illustrating a strategic performance evaluation based on the knowledge-based enterprises'developing environment. Secondly, analyzing the strategic performance evaluation system of the enterprise's strategies, including the motives of constructing the system,the principles of designing the system,the selection of the evaluation indexes. Thirdly, researching on the methods of costructing the strategic performance evaluation system of the enterprise's, including the computing of the indexes'weight,the selection and application of the dynamic synthetical evaluation methods. Last but not least, evaluating the real knowledge-based enterprises'strategic performance,analyzing and forecasting the enterpris's annual performance, by theory analysis and case study, this thesis poinis out that dynamic strategic performance evaluation system can give an solid basis of the enterprises'consistent and long-term development.
