With the informalization, economization and globalization, China’s marketeconomy develops continuously and market competition is increasingly fierce. Everyenterprise has to face harsh problems such as how to compete and adjust enterprisestrategy timely in accordance with varied environment. Especially, as the backbone ofeconomic growth, limited liability companies have important function to thedevelopment of society. The State Council puts forward that textile industry has animportant position and function in economy development. Therefore, textile industryshould be concerned and it is very important to evaluate its limited liabilitycompanies’ strategic performance. So far, there are rarely studies on the textile listedcompanies’ performance from a strategic perspective. The balanced scorecard is themost typical method for it.Based on the above issues, this study puts forward the BSC includesfinancial,client,internal process,learning&growth and social responsibility these fivedimensions on the basis of present researches and characteristics of textile limitedcompany. It uses expert interviews, questionnaires, actor analysis and AHP thesemethods with software SPSS18.0and EXCEL to settle and analyze the empiricalstudy survey result. Then, make lateral and vertical comparison study on the singlefinancial indicators evaluation, BSC index system evaluation and competitiveevaluation of China textile-cloth enterprise. Furthermore, taking advantage of tutor’sproject, the study does detailed description and analysis on two representative textilelimited companies. Finally, suggestions and proposals to improve strategicperformance are given.This study not only gives an empirical analysis and data support of previousview, but also summarizes and verifies the conclusions of the study, the main fiveconclusions are as follows:(1) Strategic performance evaluation is a systematic work,it not only concerns financial indictors but also take non-financial indicators intoconsideration, thus, the strategic performance evaluation is relatively comprehensiveand accurate.(2)Bring corporate social responsibility into BSC to extend the BSC, build the strategic performance index system of textile limited company, these fivedimensions have influence on the textile limited company’ s strategic performancetogether and can’ t live without any one.(3)The textile limited company strategicperformance evaluation index system based on BSC can evaluate China textile limitedcompany’s strategic performance level systematically, comprehensively andreasonably.(4)Empirical study states that the strategic performance level of textilelimited company is closely connected with finance, client, internal process, learning&growth, and social responsibility, company should balance each aspect to keep a highstrategic performance level.(5)This study expands the way of research from industrylevel, empirical comparison study states that the application of BSC into textilelimited company strategic performance evaluation obtains good effect and it isfeasible and practical.The innovation points of this study are as follows:(1) Combing with textilelimited companies, this study expands the BSC added social responsibility dimensionto establish five dimensions strategic performance evaluation index system.(2)compare empirical study result with authority Chinese textile and garment enterprisescompetitiveness evaluation result to enhance the persuasive of this study.
