Design Of Service Product For COSCOGZ LOGISTICS

In the condition of complicated, unforeseen and unstable economic environment that economic crisis has not been fully recovered, it is much more urgent task for government to expedite economic structure adjustment, to change development method, to enhance social harmonious development. China government proposes"the twelfth 5-years plan"to meet the new change of international economy, new challenge of China domestic development and full realization of well-off society. In the twelfth 5-years plan, it is required to fully study and emphasize eight major tasks which are related to extend domestic consumption demand, strengthen creativity capability, adjust economic structure, optimize distribution of productive forces, deepen reform and change economic open mode etc. They will be important methodology to make sure continuous, completed and high quality development. COSCOGZ LOGISTICS is one of the largest integrated logistics company in south China with large scale and plenty of logistics source, but need improve the competitiveness and settle development issue. In current fiercely competitive environment, how to do continuous development and how to improve the competitiveness, it is the strategy that COSCO GZ Logistics need be figured out.In this Dissertation, COSCOGZ LOGISTICS service product is studied by case study. After deep analysis for organization, service product, logistics source of COSCOGZ LOGISTICS, a new service product is proposed. It was studied in following 3 aspects:1. Reviewing company development background, current company situation and service product situation, thoroughly analyzing company logistics source, the strength and weakness of current service product was provided.2. With analysis of logistics service demand and service product, development opportunity is proposed.3. New logistics service product with related source adjustment is designed after analysis. New service product is strongly competitive, excellently applicable logistics mode, suitable for company usage and development.
