The research of innovation and entrepreneurship began with economist Joseph Schumpeter. The intrapreneurship is conducive to the competitiveness of enterprises to continuously adapt to the changing market environment. Intrapreneurship is usually in the form of innovation through the teams, which often face many uncertainties, undertake complex tasks, thus knowledge-sharing within such teams appears to particularly important. The team members'knowledge sharing willingness and action is influenced by various factors, of which the role of senior managers, especially the leader-member exchange relationship can not be ignored in the establishment of such a shared atmosphere.Firstly we review previous studies, define the concept of the intrapreneurial team by combing from the two concepts of intrapreneurship and team. And then construct theoretical models based on the concept of LMX, knowledge sharing, psychological safety and OBSE. Then, test and modify the model as well as construct the final questionnaire through interviews and case studies. Finally, with the data acquired, we use SPSS15.0 and AMOS7.0 software to test reliability and validity, and present the optimized model.The main conclusions are:(1) within intrapreneurship team, affect, contribution and professional respect dimension s of LMX have a positive impact on knowledge sharing, through the mediating variable of psychological safety, while the impact of loyalty dimensions on knowledge sharing was not significant; (2) within intrapreneurship team, OBSE negatively moderate the relationship of affect-knowledge sharing and professional respect-knowledge collecting, completely through psychological safety, but it does not moderate the relationship of contribution-knowledge sharing and professional respect-knowledge donating.Finally, we provide some comments and suggestions about the management practice within intrapreneurship team, especially how to improve the LMX and enhance the level of knowledge sharing based on the results discussion. Also, some deficiencies of this research are put forward, as well as suggestions to the further study of relevant fields.
