Leader-member exchange relationship is significantly positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior of employees. Leader-member exchange relationship between the four dimensions of emotion, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect have positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior of employees.2. Leader-member exchange relationship has significantly positive influence on team performance (task, member satisfaction, learning).3. Knowledge sharing (knowledge dissemination, knowledge absorption) has significantly positive influence on team performance.4. Knowledge sharing has partial intermediary effect in the leader-member exchange relationship and team performance.The results of this study will help business leaders find deep-seated reasons affect team performance, to cultivate and develop high quality leader-member exchange relationship actively, attach great importance to the knowledge sharing within the team, provides a new method and a new perspective to improve team performance for enterprise managers. |
