| China is the world's largest country of production and consumption of pork. Pork is the residents' main source of the meat., so the quality of pork products has a great effect on people's daily life. Though our government improved the level of product quality and safety of pork supervision Continuously, pork products quality and safety accidents happened frequently in recent years,which alerts the quality and safety of pork products and the level of quality and safety management and control of the entire pork industry need to be improved.Traceability system of agricultural products' quality and safety as a management tool of quality and safety risk control works effectively in developed countries, and becomes a necessary tool to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. Pork slaughter and processing plants is the core to ensure the quality and safety of pork products,but only the mandatory traceability behavior of pork products' quality and safety is not enough to solve the main quality and safety issues effectively. Therefore, pork slaughter and processing plants act on voluntary traceability behavior is significant to enhance the quality and safety of pork productsThis paper is based on MARS model, combined with related literatures of factors influencing agricultural plants acting on traceability behavior of quality and safety. First, this paper constructs a model to study pork slaughter and processing plants' voluntary traceability behavior of quality and safety, and then uses this model to analyse the factors affecting 66 pork slaughter and processing plants in Zhejiang Province to act on voluntary traceability behavior of quality and safety. At last, the results show that the pork slaughter and processing plants is influenced by motivation to improve product quality, corporate financial strength and the type of business to implement a voluntary traceability behavior of quality and safety.According to the results of empirical research, the paper concludes with a pork slaughter and processing plants to promote the implementation of voluntary traceability behavior of quality and safety:increase financial support for the traceability behavior of quality and safety of pork slaughter and processing plants, the phasing out pork slaughter operations for other participants, regulate illegal slaughter strongly, strengthen publicity and education for consumers. |
