The Impact Of Leadership Style On Entrepreneurial Performance

Under the background of entrepreneurship era, it is very prominent entrepreneurship influence economy. Therefore, how companies enhance their entrepreneurial performance becomes an important issue. To the question, this study base the leadership style, using the organizational learning as the intermediate, and through case study, questionnaire and other management research methods, making use of SPSS, AMOS and other statistical software to analyze the data collected by questionnaire, discussed the impact of different types of leadership on the entrepreneurial performance in detail.This study had five major conclusions:firstly, organizational learning of exploration plays a mediating role between leadership styles and entrepreneurial performance. Secondly, there is significant causality between transformational leadership and organizational learning of exploration, and there is no significant causality between transformational leadership and organizational learning of exploitation. Thirdly, transactional leadership significantly increases organizational learning of exploitation and exploration. Fourthly, organizational learning of exploration significantly improves entrepreneurial performance, and organizational learning of exploitation negatively influences entrepreneurial performance. Fifthly, under high degree of entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning of exploration leads to better entrepreneurial performance.This study has certain theoretical and practical significance. In theory, it provides some reference for the study in leadership style impact on entrepreneurial performance, and finds out the path different leadership styles to entrepreneurial performance through different organizational learning. In practice, this study guide companies on how to build different leadership styles to form different organizational learning, and finally improve their entrepreneurial performance.
