To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, employees have to raise the quality from the start. Establishment of a standardized comprehensive enterprise training management system is the implementation of effective staff training business foundation and a strong guarantee. Changes in the composition as the overall national economy as well as international and domestic trends in market competition intensified, special automotive industry is facing tough competition in the market development of the industry's opportunities and challenges. Singapore, Malaysia Motor Company as a special class of engineering key enterprises in the automotive industry is no exception. Faced with an increasingly competitive market incentives and huge talent crisis, Singapore, Malaysia car company's current training strategy as well as the talent in the business brings to block, how to improve training, improve staff quality, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, Singapore and Malaysia has become the reality of car company solved the problem.
