LEAN manufacture is a well known as a good production style in the manufacturing industry. It also set a good sample and increases the profit of companies after theoretic optimization and experience built up in decades. In the Lean concept, reduce inventory and eliminate waiting time are the most important factor in the 7 waste.In this article, it discussed about theory and methods implementation in the production department. This article covering the analysis the inventory status, wait time in the production process. Under the support of LEAN manufacture, via the tools of "5 Whys", and cycle time, SMED method, optimize the change over duration, and get the excellent result.As a basemen in the LEAN manufacture, the theoretic and implementation method used in this article is easy to understand and convenience in conduction.
