In the project of BHMC 1'st plant press shop the original aging pressline reconstruction(remove and reconstruction),use LP theory and tools to improve the type of the pressline equipment,adjust the pressline layout,improve the existing stamping process,shorten the product change time,adjust and optimize the pressshop layout.That can reduce the waste of transportation,reduce the waste of motion,reduce the waste of defects and enhance productivity.Improve efficiency,improve quality,reduce the number of equipment and reduce the number of worker helps to reduce the cost and improve the core competitiveness.Using the theory of LP and Fundamental IE,the current stamping process was analyzed in the value stream to identify the waste;according to the VSM results,using the 5W1 H technology,improved the current stamping process in accordance with the principle of ECRS,thereby reducing the waste of raw materials inventory,the waste of transportation and the waste of defects,also the product quality was improved;the result of motion analysis about the press line robot is used for guiding the type selection of process automation equipment,according to change the type of process automation equipment,reducing the waste of the robot motion;adjusting the pressline layout,improving the production efficiency and make the improvement of SMED to reduce the waste time of die change;due to the improvement of process and the use of auto palletizer,reducing the number of workers,using PM,Visual Managemen,Jidoka and Poka-Yoke method to break through the bottleneck of production efficiency and product qualification rate of the existing production line,and Kaizen the new production line.Finally according to the real statistical data of production line before and after the reconstruction,have some comparison about the production efficiency,product quality,worker number and the storage area and the moving path.
