With the era of economic globalization and the pace of state-owned enterprises reform in-depth gradually, more and more companies focus on corporate talent. In order to improve further business efficiency, how to retain talent and tap more potentiality of them are the issues of particular concern by each company, especially the state-owned enterprises. The relationship between employee job satisfaction and the flow of talent is close, so companies pay more attention to it.Based on analysis of the employee job satisfaction theory, this paper regards Shanghai Banknote Printing Co., Ltd. as the research object and raises some suggestion to enhance the young employee job satisfaction by analyzing the employee job satisfaction of this enterprise which is a special state-owned enterprise. Meanwhile, the article combines the relevant theory, and describes the Shanghai Banknote Printing Co., Ltd., internal structure, the overall human resource building and current status of employee job satisfaction. By questionnaire survey and the statistical analysis of questionnaires, the thesis reveals the company's young employee job satisfaction situation at the present stage. Finally, the paper will raise some management suggestion to improve employee job satisfaction by the research results.
