Research On Quality Maturity Of The Scientific Research Project Management

At the turn of 21st century, project management has gradually applied in commerce, education, military, government and other organizations, along with the approach of the knowledge-based economy and the development of new high technique industry. The advantages of the project management embody sufficiently, and it also improves the efficiency of management basically. The science and technique has played an important role in economy development, society progress and national strength enhancement. This thesis is based on the circumstance that authorities have gradually increased the investment to scientific researches. The paper has discussed the research on quality maturity of the scientific research project management based on project management maturity theory tentatively.Because science research project usually has long period, more unforeseen effected factors, so its targets often suffer the strong influence of the exterior environment. At the same time, the current science research project management often pays more attention to establishment and acceptance, and neglect the management in process management. The scientific research project management such depth of research, we found that improvement management quality is very important to solving the current problem. Focus on quality improvement issues, this paper established a scientific research project quality management maturity model includeing two dimensions and four levels. Then, the paper carefully elaborates five matuity grades and four process capility and achieves the project maturity rating by establishment of the indexes and weight. In the paper, the coweb model is used to displaying directly the management situation and "shortboards".Then, the use of factor analysisto determine the key practice and the ability to achieve project management maturity level, a clear order to achieve a higher level, the specific needs to improve in those areas.Finally, the case of using the scientific research project management matunity model to improving the quality of the scientific research project management has the practicality and maneuverability.
