With the trend of development of world economic integrability,market competition becoming more drastically,people's need becoming more highly,products developing toward the way of diversification,high quality and individuation,it brings toward more request for manufactural skills and management mothed.Therfore,the renovations of producing and managment in the manufactural field become very imminent.The generation and development of lean production brings chance for enterprises,which becoming one of the most importance approaches to enhance core competence for enterprises.The paper research on JL company in the course of globalization and fast development,because the homogenization of products becomes more obvious,the amount of new variety is more and more, the scale of production gradually enlarges, the date of delivery curtails,the price of raw material rises constantly,inner administration cost gradually rises.Because the operating cost gradually rises year by year,JL company is confronted with the unprecedented pressure.In the practical situation,the most serious thing for JL company is to carry out the operating management of low cost.Combined with the characteristics of the industry, On the base of the author's experience in the process of production and management,on the angle of the theory of modern lean production,the paper analysts and discovers the problems of JL company,such as the mothod of production management,the arrangement of production locale, the storage of Work In Process,5S management,and so on.On the angle of lean production,the paper expatiates the instance of JL company,and brings forward meliorative scheme of transforming the producting mothed.According the practical instance of JL company,exerts many tools of lean production,such as P/Q analysis,the compartmentalization of good family,the balance of product line,flexible fabrication,flexible manufacturing, single minute exchange of die, Visual management,roundly analysts and optimizes for the layout of product line,the mode of product plan,the working procedure,the balance of product line and the circle of production.Throught the change of product procedure,JL company eliminates plenty of waste and no value-added activity,decreases the storage of finished products and semi-product,curtails the circle of manufacture,cut the time of product switch,ungrades the comprehensive product efficiency.Consequently,JL company decreases the cost of product and management base radically,obtains the goal that enhancing the company's competition.The paper has determinate directive significance for the implementing of lean production for JL company and the industy.The core of lean production is to emilinate all kinds of labor in vain and waste,and the goal is to pull off perfectly.Leaming and studying the theory and the pratice of lean production,which has positive and practical signification for Chinese manufacturing to enhance the competition in world market and carrying out the continuous development.
