Production Optimization Of A Company Machine Mattress Iron Based On Lean Production

With the pace of the policy of the reforming and opening-up, our country's mechanical products have been sold to all over the world. At the same time, the processed products come from other countries are flowing into our country. This makes the originally surplus machinery manufacturing market more competitive. In order to improve enterprise's market competitiveness, manufacturing enterprises, especially some small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises must change the extensive mode of production to adapt to market and meet customer demand. And also, reduce waste and improve production efficiency mode of production.Based on this background, and also combined with domestic and foreign advanced production mode and the present situation of machinery manufacturing in China,most of people think that lean production is an effective mode of production to promote the competitiveness of the mechanical manufacturing industry in our country. Practice has proved that it is right way to improve the efficiency of enterprise production, reduce inventory. And finally achieve the purpose of raise the economic benefits of enterprises.This thesis combines the current on the latest achievements in research of lean production,with A machine tool company pad iron production workshop and assembly workshop as the research object, using the theory of lean production management, supplemented by Flexsim simulation software, the company A machine pad iron production efficiency are discussed in this thesis. This thesis studies the main contents include:(1) based on relevant data collection and analysis, on the basis of understanding of related concepts of lean production, summarized some knowledge about workshop line balancing and workshop layout.(2) the field investigation, collecting relevant data, and optimization based on lean production workshop for feasibility analysis, using the line balancing and workshop layout making workshop of the lean production plan.(3) the plan used the line balancing knowledge to optimize the existing production line process, and Flexsim simulation modeling technology was applied to build simulation model of production line, the rationality and feasibility of plan was verified, effectively improving the production efficiency; Meanwhile has carried on the back to the workshop layout,rethinked the product line, disused old equipment, cleaned up the workshop. While using the Visio to show the effects before and after the layout of the workshop, and carries on the analysis.
