Technology business incubator is a kind of knowledge-intensive service organizations and its core function is to provide knowledge service mainly about entrepreneurial knowledge for start-ups. The current development of business incubators is still dependent on the stage of development of hardware resources, and knowledge services had not been paid enough attention. So the thesis research on the operational process of the incubation from the perspective of knowledge, especially on the structure and evolution of the knowledge capabilities of business incubators. Based on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities, the knowledge services capabilities of incubator are consist of knowledge stock and knowledge operational capacity from knowledge perspective. Besides, modeling the knowledge services capabilities through the core causality graph loop of knowledge services capabilities-services performance-knowledge capital investment-knowledge stock (knowledge operational capabilities), and analyzes the model through Vensim PLE. Through the analysis, it shows that the model can better reflect the ability of business incubators in the knowledge service composition and behavior of evolution. The results show that, knowledge investment proportion, social capital investment proportion and government policy are critical factors for the knowledge services capabilities of business incubator. We should pay more attention on these factors in the future. |
