With the development of information technology, the possession, distribution, production,and use of knowledge resources become the main force of economic growth. We are entering aknowledge-based era. How to create more knowledge has become a key issue to determine thecompetitiveness of the organization. The process of knowledge creation in the organization isthe behavior of the system, which is influenced by many factors. The system dynamics is basedon the interdependence between the behavior of the system and internal mechanism, describedthe system network structure through causal loop diagram, and conducted a research onfeedback system with the help of mathematical model. Therefore, the system dynamics providea way for us to study the organization’s capability of knowledge creation.Basing on the basic theory of knowledge creation and system dynamics, the dissertationbegins with summarizing and analyzing the current research, and then we form the SD networkintegrated model of knowledge creation. This model is composed of four modules, includingsocialization, externalization, combination and internalization stage module of knowledgecreation. Each module is in the analysis of the influence factors of knowledge creation. Weanalyze the relationship between influence factors in each phase from the view of systemcreation, and then form the SD network integrated model of knowledge creation with the helpof causal loop diagram. We made simulation for knowledge creation through the flow diagramsand structure equations. Finally we propose suggestions about knowledge creation, andexpected to provide the decision reference of improving the ability to create knowledge.The paper studies knowledge creation through the SD model, the main significance asfollows: on the one hand, we use the SD model to predict the evolution trend of theorganizational knowledge creation capability; on the other hand, the model can study the factorsof different stages’ influence on the organizational knowledge creation, and then we can selectthe optimal one of he simulation analysis of different strategies.
