In recent years, with China's rapid growth in pig-iron at the same time, blast furnace ironmaking technology is also improved greatly. In energy conservation and emission reduction of domestic and international background, China's steelmakers are under the guidance of scientific view of development, actively promoting clean production, developing circular economy, and constantly improve labor productivity. Among them, the large-scale of blast furnace is one of the effective ways to realize the above targets. Large blast furnace is the fresh troops which can adjust national steel industry construction with eliminating, reducing cost and improving of environment. Large blast furnace is the significant symbol of modernization of steel industry. China blast furnace ironmaking is rapidly developing toward high-effective and large-scale direction, during this process, as the most is transforming from small blast furnace to large blast furnace, a lots technology and process quality management mode need to upgrade and perfection. According to international steel situation and China's national conditions, the large-scale blast furnace is the mainstream for china's steel enterprises. How to improve quality control of each process for large-scale blast furnace is the guarantee of competitiveness and good economic benefit.The thesis analyzes the influence factors on the quality of the smelting blast furnace from people, materials, machines, production process and working environment, find out main influence factors and how to control these influence factors for the improvement of works and products, mainly by applying quality control and quality improvement theory, combining with the quality control present situation of the production process in the blast furnace ironmaking plant of WISCO shares.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction of background, research significance, literature review, and research framework; The second part is the basic theoretical part, mainly overviews the quality management, quality control and quality improvement, etc, which is the theoretical foundation for the paper; The third part introduces smelting blast furnace process from smelting blast furnace production process nature and features,, analyzes the influential factors on the quality of the smelting blast furnace from personnel, equipment and craft, material and environment and so on, finds out the main factors influencing the quality defects; The fourth part puts forward blast furnace production process quality control model, and apply the model into WISCO smelting blast furnace process of concrete, introduces the application situation and effect; The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper.
