Improved Research On Equipment Management System In HT Power Station

The electricity power industry in the national economy occupies an important position. Between increasing of the capacity level and too bad equipment management have become increasingly conspicuous in electricity power enterprises. This paper has the application of modern management theory, a comprehensive analysis of the status of equipment management in HT and put forward specific, highly operative improvement program, and design of the electricity power equipment maintenance system and the corresponding organization reengineering program.By the sort and summary of the equipment management-related theory, writer overviewed domestic and foreign equipment management theory and the development process and current situation, determined the maintenance models and related theories. By Apply of systems analysis and process optimization tools, writer deeply studied equipment management system from organizational structure, functions and processes in three areas.The writer found that the electricity power equipment management has problems as following:(1) equipment of high accident rate, the impact of production a long time; (2) the high cost of maintenance, spare parts inventory pressure; (3) the security situation worse. It is a deep-seated reason:(1) equipment management system is not perfect, imperfect processes, poor enforcement (2) the lack of advanced equipment management concept. These reasons lead to the integrated management of the electricity power equipment, low efficiency, high cost.This paper establishes the inspection system to the point of test-based maintenance system, developed a plan based on maintenance of equipment spare parts procurement, inventory strategies, and activities into a comprehensive improvment to enhance the management level and production equipment performance, to reduce production costs and to improve the security situation in power station. The above is general idea of the plan. To seize the key contradictions; focus on maintenance, spare parts management strategy and the promotion of improvment activities, such as improvements in three aspects. The power station is designed to the point of test-based maintenance system, spare parts inventory and quality control of procurement strategy and program of improvement activities. In order to smooth implementation of new programs to improve the effectiveness that the papers from the organizational structure, business processes, the object management system and staff training, further study of four areas to improve the program's safeguards.The paper not only to raise the level of HT equipment management and improve the production performance has an important role in promoting, but also for the same type of enterprises also promote the significance and use for reference. At present, many small and medium-sized domestic electricity power industries, a lower level of equipment management in the industry to promote the transformation process based on the Lean Production to improve the efficiency of China's electricity power production is of great significance.
