In this paper, with some strategy management tools such as the analyze of SWOT, BCG, Porter's theory etc, the author analyse the Fuzhou Strait Golf club's business portfolio state and get the result about the club:1,The club's top Strategic Objective is making better life and more health for their customers and protecting the environment. 2,as far as its'business is concerned,the main service item is Golf itself not those clothing, shoe, hat, food, drink,housing and estate.3,After the investigation of the main business item of Golf, the author find it's share in Fuzhou market is not the biggest but the third one, and the club can't yet get any countermeasures.4,the customer acquisition rate &client loss rate is low while Customer Satisfaction is high.5, stuff turnover is a little high of above 20%.6,For his new products and services,there is no push not only the fund support but also the leader's decision.7, Evaluation System about strategy management has not been built yet and the staff can't understand the policy exactly.After make clear of the state of the strait Golf Club, the author make some suggestions:1,build the evaluation system about strategy management.2,in the aspect of business portfolio, should stop estate and focus on the business of Golf.3,the main business should be focused and make a lot of sales strategy so that make the business boom or become the biggest share in Fuzhou market.4,know more needs about the customer in order to develop the new products so that the customer will be attracted more.5,training the labor resource and make them adapt the culture.
