The Application And Promotion Of International Cooperation Projects In Our Province Of "One Village One Product"

One Village One Product is a concept to make products with high quality. Those kinds of products have been made with existing raw materials and resources in local areas and they can be changed for the advantages of industry and brand under the guidance of market-orientation. It has gradually become the regional characteristics of the industry chain or industry clusters. The village with obvious advantages can help others to foster leading industries more quickly, so that the village with leading industries will be expand industrial scale, lengthen industrial chain and developing more characteristics. With the promotion of One Village One Product movement, it becomes an important measure to increase households'income and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas in our province.International forestry cooperation project enjoys a special place, shoulders the important mission and plays an irreplaceable role referring to ecological construction in Shaanxi province. With the increase in international forestry cooperation projects, the management of the project is put forward higher requirements. In this case, our province's international forestry cooperation project actively explores new direction for development. One Village One Product is applied in the project construction, and it has achieved good social and economic value. This paper, loan provided by Japan to Shaanxi afforestation project as a template, explored the successful experience of One Village One Product in depth and it also provided some success examples for the sustainable development of international cooperation projects in our province.In conclusion, this paper confirmed the effectiveness of the integration between One Village One Product movement and forestry aid projects. It also gives some suggestions:①to rely on science and technology to improve technical content in One Village One Product movement.②take advantage of the international project to promote local products to the world.③fully respect the wishes of peasants to promote standardization of agricultural production.
